Indulge in these tasty no-bake gingerbread collagen bites and nourish your body from the inside outThey taste like cookie dough but are full of gingerbread spice and boosted with youtheory® Collagen Powder to support healthy, bouncy, glowing skin.  
Gingerbread Cookie Dough Bites

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • ⁠1/4 cup maple syrup⁠
  • 1 tbsp molasses
  • ⁠1/2 tsp vanilla⁠
  • 2 scoops youtheory® Collagen Powder⁠
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder⁠
  • 2 tbsp oat flour⁠
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ⁠1/2 tsp ginger⁠
  • 1/4 tsp cloves⁠
  • 1/4 tsp allspice⁠
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg⁠
  • sea salt flakes⁠

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine almond butter, maple syrup, molasses and vanilla. Stir until well mixed. 
  2. Pour in collagen powder, protein powder, oat flour and spices. Stir until a thick dough forms.  
  3. Use a cookie scoop to make balls and then top with sea salt flakes.  
  4. Freeze for 30 mins and then enjoy! ⁠
