Sip on apple pie goodness with this insanely delicious Apple Pie Collagen Smoothie which uses Youtheory® Vanilla Collagen Powder. Youtheory® Vanilla Collagen Powder is enhanced with Vitamin C and biotin to promote internal collagen production and support health and beauty.

Ingredients

1 apple chopped⁠
1-2 frozen bananas⁠
1/4 cup yogurt⁠
1 scoop Youtheory® Vanilla Collagen ⁠
1/4 cup oats⁠
2 tbsp pecans or walnuts⁠
1/2 tsp cinnamon⁠
1/4 tsp nutmeg⁠
1/8 tsp all spice⁠
1 tbsp maple syrup⁠
1 medjool date (optional)⁠
1 tbsp almond butter⁠
1/4 cup apple juice⁠
1/4 cup milk of choice⁠

Directions

Blend all the ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth. Top with
whipped cream, cinnamon, and a cinnamon stick. Enjoy!⁠
