Apple Pie Baked Collagen Oats

Ingredients

3/4 cup oat flour⁠

1/4 cup apple sauce⁠

1/3 cup almond milk

⁠1 scoops Youtheory® Vanilla Collagen Powder⁠

2 tbsp maple syrup⁠2 tbsp pecans

⁠1/2 tsp cinnamon⁠

1/2 tsp vanilla

⁠1/8 tsp nutmeg⁠1 small apple, chopped⁠⁠


Directions

Preheat oven to 400F.

In a bowl or blender, combine all the ingredients except for the chopped apple.

Mix until a thick batter forms.

Grease one large ramekin or two small ramekins and then pour in the batter while leaving some room at the top.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until it is the desired consistency (if you like your oats runnier bake shorter, if you want it more cake-like, bake longer.

Remove from oven and let cool. Optionally top with spiced or stewed apples. Enjoy!
