Ingredients
3/4 cup oat flour
1/4 cup apple sauce
1/3 cup almond milk
1 scoops Youtheory® Vanilla Collagen Powder
2 tbsp maple syrup2 tbsp pecans
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp nutmeg1 small apple, chopped
Directions
Preheat oven to 400F.
In a bowl or blender, combine all the ingredients except for the chopped apple.
Mix until a thick batter forms.
Grease one large ramekin or two small ramekins and then pour in the batter while leaving some room at the top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until it is the desired consistency (if you like your oats runnier bake shorter, if you want it more cake-like, bake longer.
Remove from oven and let cool. Optionally top with spiced or stewed apples. Enjoy!
