Gingerbread Collagen Oatmeal

Ingredients

1 cup oats

⁠2 cups almond milk⁠

1 tbsp Youtheory® Vanilla Collagen Powder

⁠2 tbsp maple syrup

⁠1 tbsp coconut sugar

⁠1 tbsp molasses

⁠1/2 tbsp flaxseed⁠

1 tsp cinnamon

⁠1 tsp ginger⁠

1/4 tsp nutmeg⁠

1/8 cloves⁠

1/8 tsp all spice⁠

1 tsp vanilla ⁠topping: pecans and maple syrup⁠⁠


Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan. Cook on low-medium heat, stir occasionally until thick and creamy, about 10-15 minutes. Top with maple syrup and pecans. Enjoy!
