Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp curry powder
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice mix
- 1 Tbsp curry powder
- 1 Tbsp sea salt
- 1 scoop Youtheory® Spore Probiotic Powder
- 2 Tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 15-1/2 ounce can garbanzo, rinsed, drained well
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Combine seasonings.
- Carefully remove outer skin of garbanzo beans.
- Toss garbanzo beans with olive oil.
- Toss with seasonings.
- Pour seasoned garbanzo on sheet pan. Shake pan to ensure spiced garbanzos are single layer.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden and crispy.
