ingredients
- 1 pack pitaya smoothie
- 1 cup spinach or kale
- 1 banana
- 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 scoop Youtheory® Collagen Powder
- 1/2 cup coconut water, almond milk or your favorite juice
directions
- Place the pitaya pack, spinach, banana, strawberries, Youtheory® Collagen Powder and liquid into the blender.
- Blend until you’ve reached a thick smoothie consistency.
- Pour into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings (suggested toppings: mango, kiwi, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, goji berries, pumpkin seeds, hemp granola).
