peachy keen smoothie
An easy way to add a pop of sweet, summery flavor to your beauty routine.
- 2 cups frozen peaches
- 3/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 3 oz vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 1 scoop Youtheory® Collagen Powder
- 1 fresh peach
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves (to garnish)
- Blend frozen peaches, coconut milk, yogurt, Youtheory® Collagen Powder and ice cubes.
- Pour into glass and garnish with fresh peach and mint leaves.
