Collagen makes up 70-80% of the dry weight of skin. Collagen serves an important structural role in healthy skin, but gradually breaks down and diminishes over time. Studies show that as little as 2.5 grams of hydrolyzed collagen per day can help boost collagen production and revitalize skin from within.*

Ceramides are lipids (fats) that are naturally found in the outermost layers of skin. Ceramides help to hold skin cells together and form a protective barrier that locks-in moisture.
