Pitaya Bowl
Ingredients
  • 1 pack of pitaya smoothie
  • 1 cup of spinach or kale
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup of strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 scoop of Youtheory® Collagen powder
  • 1/2 cup of coconut water, almond milk, or your favorite juice
Instructions
  1. Place the pitaya pack, spinach, banana, strawberries,
    Youtheory® Collagen powder and liquid into the blender.

  2. Blend until you've reached a thick smoothie consistency.

  3. Pour into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings.
    (suggested toppings: mango, kiwi, raspberries, blueberries,
    blackberries, goji berries, pumpkin seeds, hemp granola)
